This year’s IMBD theme is “The Power of Partnerships.” Please join us for a morning of birding from 7:30 to 11:00 AM on a refuge trail, boat, or canoe/kayak. Each group will count all the birds they see, including a variety of songbird species heading north to breeding areas across the U.S and Canada. Bird species and total numbers will be tallied and presented over a light lunch beginning at about 11:30 AM. After lunch, the Friends of Missisquoi NWR will hold its Annual Meeting, beginning with guest speaker Bridget Butler aka the Bird Diva, and concluding with a short Friends business meeting and election of board members. All activities will end by 4:00 PM.
